Solution If your place of purcahse did not stamp your warranty card don't worry, we'll accept and honour the warranty.

Even if it won't reach MSI as long as you have your side of the warranty card with the correct serial number (serial number help: http://msi.com./index.php?func=html&name=warranty_num) we will accept any goods for warranty, based on our sales date if you cannot provide receipt. Our warranty is based on the serial number record in our database or combines with the receipt/invoice date provided by user. Therefore even if the warranty card is not with us but you have the record and can provide in case when the serial number is not present on the unit we will provide free warranty service (notebooks, netbooks, AIO only).
